Mr. Glave is an Exemplar Global Certified Lead Auditor and Management Consultant in Food Safety, Quality and Environmental Management System.

He owns the distinction of being one of an elite group of five (5) certified Lead Management Consultants in the world at the time of writing this document. Of the five he is the only Lead Consultant in the Americas and the only one qualified in the combination of QMS, EMS and Food Safety.

He has worked in the Manufacturing and Farming Industry for over 20 years in different capacities. He has a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Total Quality Management (TQM) from Alabama A&M University in the United States.

He has worked on multiple projects with a 100% success rate of leading companies to successful certification. Most recently he was able to guide Tijule Company Limited and the Pickapeppa Company Limited to Food Safety System Certification (FSSC 22000). This was done through a meticulous planning process which significantly minimizes anticipated initial cost outlay, but afforded the facility to attain global recognition from an independent certification body. Mr. Glave is qualified through the FDA’S alliance program with the Illinois Institute of Technology as a Food Safety Modernization Act. (FSMA) Lead Instructor for Human Food, Animal Food and Foreign Supplier Verification Program.

He has created Smart Tools for ease of implementing and managing management systems and business processes.

He is also a certified Lead Auditor in Quality and Food Safety and a Principal Auditor for Environmental Management System.

Mr. Glave has delivered numerous on-site and open-enrollment training in Food Safety, Quality and Environmental Management Systems to Global leaders and major organizations.
